1. Introduction

Welcome to Brighter Miles Limited. By using our website or booking services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These govern the relationship between Brighter Miles Limited (“we”, “our”, or “us”) and the client (“you” or “the customer”).

2. Nature of Our Services

Brighter Miles Limited is a travel booking consultancy. We assist clients with researching, planning, and coordinating travel experiences by sourcing and managing bookings with third-party providers (such as airlines, hotels, and transport operators).

We do not issue tickets, nor do we act as the direct supplier of any travel product. All bookings are made through verified third-party partners.

3. Booking & Payment

Once a travel plan is approved, you will receive an invoice outlining the services provided and any applicable coordination fees. Payment must be completed before bookings are confirmed.

In some cases, clients may be asked to pay certain vendors directly. We will always clarify the responsible party in such instances.

Each airline, hotel, or travel supplier has its own terms. Brighter Miles Limited cannot control or modify cancellation penalties, delays, or service disruptions caused by these providers.

We recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses, delays, cancellations, or damages arising from the actions of third-party travel providers. Our role is strictly limited to consultancy and coordination.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Financial Protection

Brighter Miles Limited is a member of Protected Trust Services (PTS) and operates a protected client money trust account for applicable bookings in accordance with the PTS Trust Account Rules.

Where applicable, customer payments are held within the Protected Trust Services trust account until suppliers are paid in accordance with the agreed booking arrangements. Financial protection applies only where specified in your booking confirmation and is subject to the applicable PTS Trust Account Rules.

Brighter Miles Limited does not represent that bookings are ATOL protected unless an ATOL Certificate has been issued.

12. ATOL Statement

Brighter Miles Limited is currently progressing its ATOL licensing application. No booking shall be represented as ATOL protected unless an ATOL Certificate has been issued.

13. Client Money

Customer funds received for protected bookings may be held in a designated trust account administered under Protected Trust Services. Payments to travel suppliers will be made in accordance with the booking arrangements and the Protected Trust Services trust account procedures.

14. Regulatory Status


Refund Policy

At Brighter Miles Limited, transparency and customer satisfaction are a priority. Our refund policy is as follows:

1. Booking Coordination Fees

Our service/consultancy fees are non-refundable once a booking process has started or has been confirmed with third-party providers.

2. Travel Product Refunds

Any refund for flights, hotels, or other services is subject to the terms of the third-party provider. We will assist you in submitting refund requests where applicable but cannot guarantee approval.

3. Cancellations Before Booking

If you cancel a request before we have confirmed any third-party booking, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, minus administrative processing fees.

4. Involuntary Changes or Disruptions

In cases of flight cancellations, delays, or provider-side issues, we will assist in rebooking or refund claims, but the outcome depends on the policies of the airline, hotel, or supplier.

5. Refund Requests

To request a refund, email marketing@brightermiles.com with your full name, booking ID, and reason for cancellation within 7 days of the issue arising.
